Litecrete
buildings utilising the Litecrete System have successfully been
constructed on the Island of Guam, USA, since 1986. Completed buildings
include a variety of individually designed houses for domestic use,
a commercial centre, a banking centre and various smaller applications.
Early
work with prefabricated block work has since been abandoned in favour
of the precision hollow core panel system. It has proven to be far
superior to other methods of high volume construction and, combined
with the Litecrete Building System, resulted in a fast, reliable,
safe and cost effective method for the implementation of high quality
housing projects.
Litecrete
has been used in the construction of oil pipeline installations
and minor military applications in the Middle East, water reticulation
and associated works, fresh water dams, pavement and road construction
in Australia and the Pacific.
