The implementation of an effective, fast building system calls
for modular and standard components that require minimum on-site
installation.
The LITECRETE SYSTEM has proven to be one of the most economical,
fast building systems for large-scale housing developments.
It consists of pre-fabricated, interlocking, steel re-enforced
foam concrete panels and special fittings, pre-assembled into
sub-sections and wall segments ready to erect at the building
site. Light weight and manageable size allow for fast, accurate
construction with minimal on site finishing. Window and doorframes
are installed in designated panels, coded together with floor
and wall panels with emphasis placed on the correct erection
sequence of components. Hollow core panels facilitate easy
installation of services.
All
LITECRETE components are produced in a fully self contained
manufacturing facility on or near the proposed development
site, operating up to 6 days per week with one or more shifts.
At full capacity of up to 20 apartments or houses, depending
on size and complexity of the dwellings, can be produced per
day.
